Anemometer Data Format: dw files

Anemometer data is separated into octants. The numbers represent average wind velocity in knots and the percent time spent in the octant. The data files have 11 columns in the following format.

Column	Description
1	Date UTC (YYYYMMDDHHMM)
2	Peak velocity (m/s) / Peak Direction (deg)
3	Avg velocity / % time spent between 0 - 45 deg.
4	Avg velocity / % time spent between 45 - 90 deg.
5	Avg velocity / % time spent between 90 - 135 deg.
6	Avg velocity / % time spent between 135 - 180 deg.
7	Avg velocity / % time spent between 180 - 225 deg.
8	Avg velocity / % time spent between 225 - 270 deg.
9	Avg velocity / % time spent between 270 - 315 deg.
10	Avg velocity / % time spent between 315 - 360 deg.
11	Mean velocity (m/s) / Mean Direction (deg)
