. Estimates are based on swell measurements from CDIP's Harvest Buoy            
. (~9nm west of Pt. Arguello) and a wave refraction model.  The "Hour"          
. of the swell height estimates differs from the measurement time due to        
. the time lag (or lead) between swell reaching Harvest and the harbor          
. entrances.  Harbors primarily exposed to southern swell often show the        
. shortest time differences relative to Harvest.
